We use evidence-based practices to collaborate with you and bring the mind and heart into balance again through a balance of mindfulness, humor, compassion, insight-building, skills training, and connection.

Individual Counseling

We specialize in helping adults recover from trauma, abuse, anxiety, depression, and grief. We work extensively with creative adults and the LGBTQ community.

Couples Counseling

We help distressed couples learn to repair conflict, navigate disagreements effectively, communicate better, increase positivity in the relationship, and meet each others’ needs.

Our worst nightmare as a therapist is creating a false dependence. This is your therapy, your life, your relationship(s), not someone else’s arbitrary gold standard of what Mental Health (TM) looks like. Therapy is a team effort.
